I got back my chinese CCT today, scored 30/40. Ahh pretty screwed up, when everyone in class is getting marks between 36-40. It is supposed to pull up everyone's chinese marks. Guess I still need plenty of improvement on my chinese.

The only event that is interesting today is the talk by Mr. 林启源. I had to attend that to get the 5 chinese marks for my CA, and I still need to attend another one. He told us how the mediacorp news is broadcasted and how the news is prepared. There are actually so many things going on backstage that we do not see on the screen everytime the news is broadcasted. And the effort to get the news in, argg, I would never want to be a reporter. He showed us some videos, so the one and half hours talk was not so boring. Well, actually it is quite a new topic to many of us. At least it is easy to understand unlike some cheem talks by chinese literature teachers.

By the way, congrats to my RE group for entering into the RE congress or RE finals (w/e). It has been a long way, and my group members has put in efforts to make it a success. I certainly hope that we could win something, after all our, erm hard work. The live performance of our music composition is going to be fun. Rehearsal is next monday, and I have not touched that piece. I think go there and sight-read will be a good choice. =D
